Nicoletta Bazzano
Nicoletta Bazzano is associate professor of Modern History (M-STO/02). She teaches Institutions of political, economical and social history in the degree course at the faculty of Science of Communication. She is interested about political and institutional history of sixteenth and seventeenth centuries in the Spanish Italy and she is also interested of the XXth century costume history. Among her most important publications, Marco Antonio Colonna (Roma 2003), La donna perfetta: Storia di Barbie (Roma-Bari 2008), Donna Italia. Storia di un’allegoria dell’antichità ai giorni nostri (Castabissara 2011). At this moment she is working on the baroque ceremonies in Palermo and the Spanish Sicily between XVIth and XVIIIth centuries.
