Francesca Fausta Gallo
Francesca Fausta Gallo is Associated Professor of Early Modern History in the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Teramo. She has worked about political, cultural, economic and social history of Sicily in XVI, XVII and XVIII century; she has also studied the structure and evolution of urban élites and the history of earthquakes; she has worked about political history of Abruzzo in XVIII and XIX century and recently on the European political and cultural history of the early eighteenth century. She has published some monographic studies, among which L’alba dei Gattopardi.
